Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer you or consider you for a role. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

If you contact us or book a call: the name, organisation, email, phone and message you give us.
If you apply for a role: your name, contact details, where you are based, your LinkedIn address if you give it, your resume and anything you write in the application. If you email a resume to us, we keep that email and its attachment in the same way.
If you ask us to fill a role: your name, company, contact details and what you tell us about the role.
If you call us: our phone line is answered by an automated receptionist that takes your name, number and the reason for your call, and keeps a written summary so we can call you back.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
To reply to you, to consider your application for the role you applied for and, if you tick the box, for other roles that fit, and to run our recruiting and consulting work. Applications are read by a person at Day One Solutions. We use software that summarises resumes to help us read them faster; it does not make decisions about anyone.
Our systems run on services provided by Legal Gridlock, our technology partner, and on Microsoft 365. They process the information on our behalf and under our instructions. We share an applicant's details with a hiring company only when we are putting that applicant forward for its role. We do not sell personal information.
Enquiries and bookings for as long as we are in touch about them. Applications and resumes while the role is open and, if you asked to hear about other roles, for up to two years after. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within ten business days.
